Research related to biofuels (BBN) has been widely carried out in Indonesia. In this program, one of the biofuels used is green diesel as a substitute for diesel oil. The use of green diesel in agricultural machinery is an innovative solution to support sustainable agriculture. Its use in agricultural machinery such as tractors can reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In the long term, the use of green solar in the agricultural sector can accelerate the transition towards clean and environmentally friendly energy in the agricultural sector. In this program, the fuel mixture used consists of 10% green diesel and the remainder conventional diesel oil, with a total volume of ten (10) liters. This fuel mixture is used as fuel for diesel-type farming tractors to plow rice fields in Cibodas Village, Bandung Regency, West Java. The raw material for green diesel used in this activity is PFAD (Palm Fatty Acid Distillate) which is a derivative product from palm oil. This trial activity is in collaboration with the Association of Farmer Groups (Gapoktan) in Cibodas Village, Solokan Jeruk District, Bandung Regency, West Java. Based on the results of this trial, green diesel has performance equivalent to fossil diesel fuel.
