The condition of the Extraordinary Genesis of Covid-19 pandemic gave birth to a new challenge related to the economic system where the classical logistics system has been fully needed due to restrictions on activities and coupled with the increase in the number of workers who lose their jobs. This situation mobilizes new economic activities and food production activities on local levels are one of the activities that experienced increased activities. On the other hand, this condition also gave birth to new challenges related to the production of production centers that still rely on management and marketingtradisional models. These production centers experienced a new challenge because of changes in demand patterns that tend to decline and the system is blocked due to isolation. However, several reports show increased digital activity related to selling food-based bears. On the other hand, there is an increase in economic activities carried out by parties who play a role as a hub. Akantetapi, this advantage is not owned by the manufacturer at the village level which has reported product sales on traditional markets. In this community service activity, this technology will be combined with a science data approach and digitalization and developed as a new model of the fisheries industry with the aim of (1) increasing the efficiency of the process of giving a new business model for residents affected by the economy due to Covid-19 is needed with special knowledge and special infrastructure , (2) becomes the basis of economic recovery activities focused on the community level with the capital of MSMEs and community markets connected to non-community markets through the online market platform, and (3) Introduction to processing technology in the management system and online marketing system that is expected to increase mastery of technology 4.0 and give birth to new start ups at Level Household or Community. This activity will involve in addition to the village, namely youth organizations and community groups. With the deterrence of these two groups, it is expected that there are some of the impacts by ITB, namely (1) providing opportunities to students from real troubleshooting in the community (IKU 2 and IKU 7), (2) Allows for this activity to be part of the Acceleration of Danteknological Knowledge Applications - Another area through a network of organizations that have access to the media (IKU 5), and (3) became the forerunner to the collaboration further for some related study programs at ITB (IKU 6).
