Smokeless Incinerator, is a combustion system designed to reduce smoke emissions and air pollution produced by the process of burning waste. The main objective of a smoke non -smoke incinerator is to reduce the negative impact on the environment and human health which is usually associated with burning waste. The application of smoke -free incinerators in Indonesia is still limited and has not been widely spread. This study was conducted using a qualitative and quantitative approach in sequence. The qualitative approach is used by the author as the first stage in research to obtain information on the general waste management system in the Pagersari complex. The Pagersari complex is a settlement that is included in the Cimenyan Village which is a unit of Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency located & Plusmn; 30 km from the center of the capital city of Bandung Regency. This complex is at an altitude of about 750 meters above sea level (masl). Located in Cimenyan District which has an area of ​​40.85 km & sup2; . 4,057.70 ha. Geographically. The Pagersari complex is included in the Bukit Topography in Cimenyan District which is still part of the North Bandung Mountains series. Waste in the Pagersari complex consists of waste produced by households, agriculture, and the rest of other activities such as schools. Types of waste found in the environment according to the type there are organic and inorganic waste. Fluidized Bed incinerator as a technology model used for smoke -free incinerator development projects in Cimenyan District. Based on the results of the feasibility study that has been conducted, it is concluded that the potential success of the smoke non -smoke incinerator development project in Cimenyan District, especially in the Pagersari complex because of the awareness and active participation of the community related to waste management.
