Activity Summary

Space frame as a space truss, this is a very effective structure system for effective for a while. This structural system of the rods is only experiencing a attraction or just press. This causes a structural system to have a large span and a relatively slim stem because it doesn't experience a moment style. The nodal joint connection system made from steel is the most widely used connection system with stems made of steel pipes too. The space frame structure is very high with beauty, with the height and beauty of the repetitive structure of the space frame is widely imitated, only with different materials. The application of this system is Space Truss, namely wood material as made by RWth Aachen, Germany. The structure is made of wood with a point connection using precast concrete. Bamboo is a sustainable material on this earth, Bamboo is a substitute for natural steel pipes and pipes, and avoids sustainable price emphasis. But the bamboo use for the space frame is not as easy as replacing stem bar or steel pipe with a bamboo pipe. Bamboo is constructed with a connection system using a peg. Bamboo efforts as space frame resolving the connection problems so that there is no eccentricity in the distribution of styles and sispos of bamboo construction which generally provides tolerance of eccentricity.
