In the 1990s, the cause of death and the biggest pain was an infectious disease such as the upper respiratory tract infection (ISPA), tuberculosis (TB), and diarrhea. But since 2010, non-communicable diseases (PTM) such as stroke, heart, and sweet urine have greater proposia in health services. The shift in the pattern of this disease also threatens students as the successor to the nation. The results of the study revealed that the value of lifestyle of ITB students in 2018 tended to have an unhealthy lifestyle. From the data we took, generally students have not carried out nutritional patterns and physical activities properly. This is due to the lack of understanding and awareness of students in interpreting lifestyle patterns about healthy or unhealthy standards. This education provides knowledge of students in undergoing daily activities with a healthy lifestyle by doing active exercise, the pattern of appropriate nutrient intake to the sowing time istitrawat.
