The city of Bandung has lately active in designing the level of creative economy, including its batik products. Moreover, Batik is now a UNESCO award as a World Heritage. Discussing the development of West Java Batik, now batik in the perception of tradition, any form of expression and medium, has been recognized by the world, both the content of philosophy and aesthetic. The world's breeding against batik, in addition to raising pride also made us aware of not being trapped into the atmosphere. Emotional and intellectual awareness, is a striving answer to change the vision of a dogmatic tradition, becoming a liquid value. It must be a source of stream of creativity that is loaded with Faham openness and independence. Now is the right time for Batik Insan (the Batik Community of Babakan Ciamis) to display multidimensional ideas, which are evaluative, actual and concept regarding the gait of batik so far and in the future as a power of local wisdom (Bandung, West Java). In connection with this, the development needs to be carried out: � Experiments of Creative Creative Batik Nyere (Sapulidi) for the Community Empowerment Babakan Ciamis�, as a manifesto of the identity of local wisdom Babakan Ciamis, until there is a broader increase in public appreciation and more seriously playing an important role in maintaining integrity A local culture.
