Household waste water from the office building has not been well maintained especially in areas that do not have a waste water channel system. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance and kinetics of the removal of nutrients in the domestic wastewater treatment facility at a location consisting of anaerobic and aerobic systems to treat wastewater from office buildings. Experimental data obtained from variations COD: N: P Ratio 250: 28: 2.5, 350: 38: 2.9, 450: 47: 3.3, and 600: 60: 3.7 with three differences of HRT 48H, 24H, and 12H. Anova one-way is done to investigate the effect of HRT and initial concentration of TN and TP on the performance of nutritional allowances. To get a kinetic coefficient, the first order model, the second order, and the Stover-Kincannon model. The results showed that the maximum efficiency of TN and TP respectively was 56% and 86% respectively. The results of the one-way Anova test show that the HRT and the initial concentration of TN and TP had a significant effect on Hara's allowance (P <0.05). The second order model and Stover-Kincannon were found as a model that was more appropriate for the prediction of TN disappearings in this facility. Control the HRT and C ratio: N: P can maintain good nutrient performance in this facility.
