Activity Summary

Philosophically land consolidation is a very just a pattern because all people are invited to be able to determine planning for the development of its territory. On the other hand, soil consolidation is also an effort, which is actually done by the government so that people get the opportunity to fill space for the success of development itself. Besides that, soil consolidation means creating a more controlled environment, social structuring society, and improving the community environment. In line with the spirit of soil consolidation, this service program will be a data collection process in the connection to the determination of the location of the slum settlements in the village of Jelegong, Rancaekek District, Bandung Regency. The selection of villages of Jelegong as the right place in land consolidation is because there is a location of slums that are compounded by environmental conditions that are very alarming due to industrial waste that damage the existing natural resource order. This condition has been going on for a long time and until now still has not found a solution to settle upon this problem. Consolidation of soil will be carried out in a continuous three stages. Phase II (data collection) consists of activities (1) the identification of the subjects and object of land ownership in prospective plan locations, namely the identification of land tenure ownership and land history; and (2) measurements and mapping. Phase III (Setup) includes Activities (1) Making a Location Plan Block Map which is a pre-spatial design map; (2) making spatial design maps / land consolidation design; (3) Consolidated Consolidation Consolidation; (4) release of land rights by consolidated participants; (5) Land affirmation as soil consolidation objects; (6) Staking out / reallocation; (7) Construction work; (8) issuance of a decision letter for giving property; and (9) land certification.
