Logistics has an important role in distributing agricultural harvest results in Indonesia. For the sub-district of Pangalengan, at least the amount of producing of the produce in 2017 was 362,897-tonnes, or approximately 22% of the total production in Bandung. However, the logistics system for community needs at the village level is still too long and inefficient starting from the level of producers to the consumer level. As a result, the preparation of goods prices is expensive because the costs incurred for the distribution are very large. This portrait of this condition basically provides illustrations related to the intact picture of the condition of the freight in the countryside. Especially specifically this year, there was a Pandemic of Covid 19 which began in the country of China / China and then spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. The transportation of the countryside with the main product of the maintenance generally faced Some of the main issues are: 1) low product selling prices, 2) the issue of goods type that is very sensitive to time and damage (perishable), 3) item tonnage that is generally not so big, as well as 4) Empty Backhauls (empty when returning to origin). This problem is coupled with the condition of Pandemic Covid -19 which causes uncertainty in agricultural and logistics activities in the study area. This activity was conducted in Sukaluyu Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency, which in the previous year the community service activities were held for Development of the school transportation system.
