Bandung is known as a creative city. These creative energy then spread to the grassroots community, to several villages declare themselves as creative villages, such as Dago Corner Village, Cicadas, Cicukang, Leuwianyar,, Tamansari, and Ciroyom. Creative villages in the city of Bandung are a suitable place for this activity, with the village of Dago Corner who was chosen as the location of the activity for 2013. The village was chosen because of: 1) The existence of local community groups (Taboo Community) which intensively fostered the local community for Actively Build Creative Village, 2) The existence of partners (PT Pixel Indonesia) which has a creative village-based business program and has the potential to provide spin-off funds for this activity, and, 3) the challenge of ITB to be able to help the creation of reliable entrepreneurs for Indonesia in the future comes from the lower middle class people. Construction of this place was carried out participatoryly, through collaborative methods between academics (represented by ITB students) with local creative entrepreneurs. From here, it is expected to be able to build a place for the emergence of creative entrepreneurial ideas and programs by the local community.
