In writing scientific papers, references or reference sources play an important role in ensuring the scientific quality of a written work. Quality scientific work must use credible references and have a national or international reputation. Using reputable references is not enough, the ability to manage reference sources is also needed when presenting literature reviews and research methods. By managing good reference sources, written scientific work will be free from plagiarism. Therefore, the aim of this activity is to train lecturers to use a reference manager to simplify the citing process and ensure that all references used are listed in the bibliography. In this training, lecturers will be given understanding, tips and tricks, as well as efforts that can be made to write quality scientific papers. As a follow-up, the aim of this activity is for lecturers to avoid plagiarism and adapt their ideas to the format or style of the intended journal so that they can be written in standard academic language. After this training the lecturers can write scientific journals that are worthy of publication in reputable national and international journals.
