This community service project raises the potential and challenges of the use of productive digital technology in the marginal society (lower middle and economic economy) in the periurban area of Bandung, especially in anticipating the development of a digital divide (digital gap), which leads to a more real socio-economic gap. Take a location in Kampung Sekepicung, RW. 05 Ciburial Village, Cimenyan Subdistrict, Bandung Regency, Community Service Activities Strengthen the previous activities that have been running and show good results (2014-2016, integrated agricultural activities that produce local products; Catientenet and Hivos activities in strengthening Creative Economy (2016-2017), and activities with the West Java ITB alumni association that strengthen local culture through cultural arts (2017-2019). As a result of Covid19's pandemic, the community loses livelihoods and economics weakening. This program seeks to restore the local economy, while anticipating Development of digital technology, through activities aimed at strengthening the digital capacity of the community productively. This activity involves 15 young children (productive age 16-25 years) technology literacy, through training and assistance in lifting local products to the digital realm (e-commerce). Indirectly, activity I Ni also has benefits to the wider community that develops local products (farms, processed foods, souvenirs, sewing, etc.) that can be commercialized. Training in collaboration with the Mentari learning house, a community learning center founded in 2007 by local residents. This program is planned to run in February to November 2021, but because of the condition of the community in the pandemic period that is not possible to organize residents' activities, adjusted activities and implemented in September to October 2021 intensively.
