With human facilities and human resources, universities in disaster conditions are expected to be able to take a big and responsive role in reducing disaster's adverse effects for the general public. From the potential and role, the university is able to take steps to adopt the concept of the Disaster Resilience University (DRU). The Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), as one of the universities in Indonesia, was used as a Seabgai of one of the pilot universities to implement the Dru concept. The PM target is currently a student, as the highest population on campus. Some students lack awareness of the environment and even their behavior, it is realized or not, can encourage disasters such as excessive contact hopes and can trigger a short circuit so that fires, and so on. The basic education of disaster response consists of material debriefing and evacuation simulation of earthquake and fire evacuation (drill). Material debriefing in the form of disaster response material, drum concept, and vulnerability inspection simulation, first aid material, security, health, and work safety, and fire fighting training.
