Kriya and tradition refers to the Road Map set out in the Kriya and Tradition Skills group. The purpose of this study was at the stage of development, namely reviewing and researching Kriya in the socio-anthropological context, namely the dialectical process of the values ​​of the governance and modernization and human interaction and the environment to the development of Kriya in the context of the creation of works / products and the development of the quality of society. This research is the optimization of the use of natural dyes and design development in Eastern Nusa Tenggara, in the traditional village of Bena, Tiworiwu Village, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This method uses a Kriya and design scientific approach and utilizes existing technology and produces innovative works. The results of this activity, namely, there is a proceeding, created a design / design of decorative weaving, and prototypes. This research can be produced by Kriya products that have a function value, aesthetic, aesthetic, has added value in local cultural wisdom.
