Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning the village has regulated the existence of village authority in the implementation of village development and resulted in a village development planning preparing in the form of rpjmdes (village medium-term development plans). For this reason, the development of the capacity of the village community is needed in carrying out participatory development planning so that allocated funds can be used for optimal development. The development of the capacity of the village community not only lies in the ability of each individual village cadres but also lies in the process and implementation of development and budgeting planning at the village level. KK P2PK Sappk ITB has initiatives to accompany the village in the implementation of village deliberations in 2018 using the Rural Appraisal Participatory method that reflects the principle of participatory planning. This activity is expected to be a form of coaching ITB Sappk to the built-in village and other villages in Indonesia as well as incubation for a method model in the implementation of the principled village deliberation to participatory planning.
