Radiation utilization in a medical diagnosis has developed rapidly from conventional technology to interventional technology that allows radiation received by workers and patients can pass through the threshold if the technology is not treated and does not test conformity test. The workers in carrying out the operation of the X-ray aircraft should have been certified and fulfill the standard requirements of the X-ray aircraft operator so that guarantees are feasible in the ortors of X-ray aircraft. The fact shows that the awareness of radiation workers and the community in an effort to care about the safety of X-ray aircraft exposure is not optimal. Thus increasing public awareness, especially radiation workers on the safety of X-ray aircraft exposure need to be done. The benefits obtained from this activity are radiation workers and management in both hospitals began to realize the importance and benefits of radiation protection. The benefit in question is not only related to the safety of radiation workers, but also for the operations of the hospital to gain the trust of the community of the hospital service users who at the end are expected to increase hospital income.
