The 2017 Dedification Program was held in Barokah Mandiri farmer group, Jerkang Village and Dahlia Female Female Group, Wargaluyu Village, Tanjung Market, provided. In addition to the two farmer groups, this PPM activity involved ASRI and KWT Malai Asih KWT. Chosen by farmer groups in Tanjungmerar Subdistrict because Tanjungmerar Subdistrict is a cassava center in Sumedang Regency. The technology developed in PPM activities is to process cassava to become mocaf (fermented flour) and develop derivative products from the mocaf. This activity is one of the efforts to optimize every stage of the processing of cassava and utilization of side results that arise from the business to increase the added value of cassava. The approach method used in overcoming the problems faced by farmer groups will be carried out with an individual and group approach.
