At present most of the decision making by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia is still done in a traditional way and manual based on intuition. The purpose of this service provides knowledge to support the data processing and decision-making process using a decision support system (SPK) using Microsoft Excel software. The method used is, direct meteries in the form of SPK development training with modules and practical guidelines that have been made before. The results of this dedication of MSMEs involved as trainees have benefited in the form of knowledge and skills in utilizing Microsoft Excel to develop SPK. Cases of current problems can be resolved easily, quickly and precisely related to managing sales and supplies. Keywords: Decision Making, MSME, SPK (Decision Support System).
Application of appropriate technology, how many artwork / design / architecture / regional planning
MSMEs have activities that are quite busy in Eid preparation and Eid holidays on the moon May-June 2018. This is not properly predictable by the team when making a proposal with a case study. In addition, based on discussions with Little Bandung, it is known too that the use of SPK is common and can be utilized by most MSMEs will Increase the effectiveness of training. Besides that, there are no obstacles and difficulties which affects this program.
