Coinciding with the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic faced at this time, national food security and regions are programs that require special attention so that their availability is still guaranteed and keeping the need for import. One of the government's policies in overcoming this thing by maximizing food diversification and utilization of six local non-rice, such as cassava, corn, banana, sago, taro, and checks. One type of product that has the potential to reduce the need for Importum, namely Modified Cassava Flour (Mocaf), which can be done in staircase and industrial scales. In 2021, in the community service program, the SITH ITB team had collaborated with PT. Mutuagung Lestari for introducing the standardization of the quality of the mocaf in the two villages of the ITB. In this collaboration, aiming to provide training to produce mocafyang meets SNI, increasing the income of farmer groups in the village of Sukawangi Dandesa Pamulihan based on the principles of knowledge-based economy, maintaining the partnership that has been realized between SITH ITB with Sukawangi Village and Pamuljihan so that they can continue to be established in securities, and creating Good partnership with PT. Mutuagung Lestari to produce SNI quality products at the farmer group level. After the activities that have been implemented include the preparation stage, the implementation of the program, and the monitoring and evaluation phase of the program. In the program's stage, training was carried out theoretically by Dr. Ima M.zainuddin & Partner, Dr. Rijanti Rahaju Maulani, and Dr. Mia Rosmiati. Besides theoretical, training was also carried out in direct practice assisted by two KKN students from ITB Agricultural Engineering Department. The training program went on for 10 months with the preparation stage for 2 months, the stage of implementing the program for 5 months, the monitoring and evaluation program for 8 months, and Publicity & Report for 2 months. The output of the activities that have been made in the form of videos uploaded to social media and publicity in mass media / mediaonline / scientific journals.
