Oyster mushroom agribusiness is a sector that contributes to the agricultural sector, both products and labor. Oyster mushrooms are agricultural commodities that have an important role as a source of quality nutrition. Mushroom baglog waste will cause various problems including becoming a medium for the development of termites and hosts for pathogenic fungi. Handling of oyster mushroom baglog waste can be done through its utilization in agriculture, including: 1. Through fermentation technology, mushroom baglog waste is processed into bochation solid organic fertilizer, as well as for the nursery of microgreen vegetables and planting media in the hydroponic system, 2. Through a sticky-press technique Processed into a Grow Block for alternative fuels, 3. Through fermentation technology, waste from white oyster mushrooms is processed into liquid organic fertilizer.
