Activity Summary

In order to achieve optimal athletes' performance, a philanthropic must know the potential of the player and the right method to develop the player's potential. One way to understand the potential of the player is fine by profiling. Profiling is a collection of aspectopometry athletes (including age, height, weight, fat percentage, and BMI) and components of physical conditions (flexibility, speed, strength, agility, and cardiovascular durability). The aim of this activity is to educate futsal trainers in the city Bandung about the importance of finding physiological characteristics and anthropometry athletes and skills in tests in athletes in order to achieve optimal player achievement. The socialization was delivered in two forms of activity, namely the workshop andpraktek. Workshop activities are delivered in the form of guided discussions about their important anthropometry and the characteristics of the physiology of athletes, while the practice of the athlete measurement test skills training. After getting training, the trainers were given the task of collecting data on players from the team of themselves. After the implementation of this activity, the trainers have the ability to conduct a measurement test of physiology of futsal athletes, and are carried out twice in one year to see the extent to which the athletes' development. The coach can also make a training program that is in accordance with the development of the physiological characteristics of the athletes.
