Activity Summary

Devotional activities to the community aim to increase capreativity, through arts awareness and design early, especially in elementary school students. The existing elementary school curriculum, it's not much, it's on a cultural arts and craft subjects (Doc. School curriculum in 2013 Rev) categorized in group B, namely content learning can be developed by the local government according to local wisdom. The method used is a participatory method and Collaboration (Participatory Action Research / par) by directly involving users to solve existing problems. Enhancing space around the class and the school environment is chosen to be re-redesigned because it is routinely seen and used by students while in school. In addition, students increasingly have a sense of possession (sense of belonging) towards the objects that are in school. The Cirebon City-Regency area was chosen as the goal of Inikarena activities to support the FSRD-assisted area program, one of which was in the sector of education. Kepongpongan 3 Elementary School, Talun Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency, Journalat, was chosen as the goal of this activity because it was considered to have an interesting potent, both locations and resources. In addition, this activity also supports the Village SDGS program, focusing on number 4 points from the evening, maintenance and design. By providing an early design awareness, it is hoped that it can support and enrich the Cirebon creative industry sector in the future.
