In developing the skills of the younger generation to advance the village economy that is widely affected by Pandemic and unkempt environmental health, academics who are involved in the same field but from various universities collaborating to foster villages together, the team from the FMIPA ITB Chemistry Study Program collaborates with the Chemistry Department of UNJANI , Itera, Unpak, UNIGA and UMMI Chemistry Study Programs and HMK'amisca'itb held a collaboration of community service to residents of Karang Taruna Cihurip and Mekarwani and SMAN 30 Garut, Cihurip District, Garut Regency. The problem that occurred after Pandemi was the economy of the community that was not stretched so that the academic team provided several alternatives in training the youth organizations to make a product that could be traded by implementing chemistry simply. In addition, environmental health knowledge and how to identify polluted water in order to have attention in maintaining environmental health in the village. Activities to the Youth Organization of Cihurip and Mekarwangi villages include making soap, handanitizer, candle from used cooking oil, waste processing from diaper, plastic, used cans, organic waste and polluted water waste into more economical products and can be traded by residents. Youth Organization is a village driving and creative agent that can improve the economy of his village from young people in the village. In addition, the introduction of chemistry through simple chemistry experiments that can be applied in secondary schools as applicative practicum activities. In this activity targeting high school in Cihurip Village, SMAN 30 Garut. School students are trained on how to conduct simple experiments connected to the school material they get to be easily understood. In addition they are also taught how to make simple soap and also inserted lectured promotions in the Chemistry Department of Universities that contribute. Do not forget because of the lack of online sales methods in the village, the team also introduced digital marketing training for Karang Taruna residents in selling and managing their products so that it can be traded online. This activity is the second year activity at this location with different villages and different quantities. This activity carries the theme of counseling and training in the application of integrated chemistry to increase environmental awareness and economic recovery in the villages of Cihurip and Mekarwangi, Cihurip District, Garut Regency on 1 and 15 October 2022 with preparation of activities for 10 months. This activity was enthusiastic about the residents of Karang Taruna Desa and students of SMAN 30 Garut and could be applied directly in the lives of residents and improve the economy and insight.
