Activity Summary

The certificate is as a certificate of proof of rights that apply as a strong verification tool regarding physical data and juridical data contained in it, along the physical data and the juridical data in accordance with the data in a measuring letter and the land book in question. To obtain a certificate as proof of mastery of land rights, it must be preceded by land registration activities, both land registration for the first time and land registration after the transition of land rights. In this case the land under the ownership of indigenous peoples must also be legally registered. In fact, indigenous property rights to date have been registered so that the owner has obtained a certificate, there are also those who have not been registered and the proof is still in the form of Land Tax Betuk or Letter D / C. Devotional activities in the form of community empowerment on the importance of certificate ownership as evidence of mastery of rights based on PP No. 24 of 1997. This is very necessaryly related to the development of the community's needs for land, especially Wirakanan Village, CageHaur District, Regency, Indramayu, known as its agriculture, so it is very likely the number of transition efforts or the transition of land rights. This service activity is based on enthusiasm to provide understanding, enlightenment and submission of information to the community, especially residents of Wirakanan Village, CageHaur District, Indramayu Regency regarding the importance of certificate ownership as evidence of mastery of land rights. Communities in general do not know the importance of land certificate ownership and many of which considers the cost of making the certificate requires expensive costs so that most of the ownership of the ownership they have at 70% is still in the form of entry or SPPT (which they consider to be proof of ownership of land). The remaining 30% is in the form of a sale and purchase deed (AJB) but of this 30% only a few are in the form of property rights certificates. The implementation of this PM is limited to its implementation of mastery of land rights. Identify proof of land ownership that the community has today and provides a solution how to increase ownership of land. Providing solutions also makes people who work mostly as farmers to gather to form groups that have the same vision and mission until they form Community Empowering, with all the resources they have to improve the welfare of life.
