Mocaf-making training activities have been carried out last year, so that this year will be planned for Mocaf business development. But there are still obstacles in the drying process where Mocaf is processed contaminated with fungi. The team has visited and coordinated several times with prospective mocaf producers and will still be coordinated again for the manufacture of the appropriate mocaf dryer machine.
Percentage of activity is still 30%. Advanced activities will be held in September and October.
