The existence of the campus is able to trigger urbanization of spaisal, especially in the suburban area. These phenomena can be seen from changes in the use of space, building functions, and changes in the social and economic community which are more capitalized with service activities as their economy bases. Katubelah Village in Sumber District, Cirebon Regency is one of the locations for the development of the ITB campus in Cirebon Regency, previously in the kelurahan there have been private universities that have been operating since 2011. The economic opportunities of campus development need to be arrested by the surrounding community in order to encourage regional development That, if not, the service function will remain run by the main city so that it hood the occurrence of developments in the new region. People need to be given information about what prospective efforts to be developed around the campus by considering the characteristics of students, so that the balance between supply and demand. Based on the survey to 119 students, there were several student needs that could be the opportunity for the surrounding community business, where to live, place to eat, photocopying and print, and co-working space.
Application of writing
Some problems found are technical implementation, but can be resolved properly. Among them are the absence of several RW chairmen in the initial socialization because activities are carried out on weekdays during the day, so that the activities of the socialization are then held at night and many participants are present.
