Indonesia is a country with the potential of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions that are very large, this is because the territory of Indonesia is influenced by 4 main earth plates that interact and form a zone of advantage and collision. Efforts to reduce the risk of earthquake and volcanic disasters including through the publication of research on journals (national and international) and dissemination of information about disaster to the general public. The socialization of research results related to the potential of earthquakes and volunzes was carried out through making a disaster-understanding portal. As one of the activities for the importance of awareness of good disgraces caused by earthquake and volcanoes, then a general lecture activity is held by Tektonic and Volcanik Pulau Java�. This lecture was carried out with the intention of being a liaison and synergizing the results of research carried out by researchers with government institutions / agencies, community communities, and society in general. The purpose of this event is a container of research with researchers with the community so that the results of the study can be useful as decision making in mitigating disasters.
