Plastic bags have made human life easier. However, they have also created problems, especially to the environment. According to statistics, just in one day Bandung produces about 150 tones of plastic waste. Nowadays, the plastic waste is a very serious problem in the Bandung city and very important issue to be solved together because the effect is very bad for the environment. The main problem with plastic is that it does not biodegrade. No natural process can break it down. By throwing away the used bags reduce the fertility of the soil and by burning of the plastic waste can cause smoke, called dioxin which is not good for health as it can lead to cancer. In this program, we processed and formed plastic grocery bags into plastic boards which can be assembled to be wide range of products. The workshop has been carried out in Rw 05 kelurahan Cijerah Bandung Kulon.
