The title of this study is the mapping of potential potential raw materials in the Malo and Terate area, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java. The purpose of this research is to provide a picture of the material? The raw of the Batulempung industry from Mundu formation and tongue formation in Bojonegoro Regency, East Java. The research location was in three locations including Malo and Sugihwaras sub-districts. The method that will be used in this study is a survey method that is assisted by the Global Positioning System (GPS) tool. In addition, stratigraphic analysis is also done, sampling? Examples of sediments for the purposes of sedimentology and petrographic analysis. The results of this study provide information on material quality? The raw of the Batulempung industry from the tongue formation is better than the mundu formation due to the cyolinite clay type mineral content is more in the tongue formation, while the mundu formation of the carbonate content is relatively higher so it is not good to be used as material ? Raw industry between over the pottery, tile and other? other?
