Floods are one of the natural phenomena that often carry harmful losses and casualties. Floods can occur due to excessive water potential in a place, one of the flood-prone areas in the city of Bandung is the area of ​​Passih, Astana Anyar and Babakan irrigation with an overflow point of the Citepus River. The causes of floods in the Citepus and Cikakak rivers are caused by the width of the river and reduced high flood wall (flood wall) along the river. This flood event needs to be controlled by the flood transfer channel that originated from the Citepus River, cutting the Cikakak river and ending on the Cikapundung River. The flood channel plans have criteria must be able to skip the Q50 discharge in the main cross section and banks, and have a high jagaan 0.5 m. Modeling using SWMM was carried out in 2 places namely the Cikakak River and the Citepus River with 3 test points, namely on the upstream river, the downstream river, and flood transfer channels (at meetings with the river). In the three test points, between upstream and downstream parts are separated by buildings for, and between rivers and flood transfer channels separated by weirs.
