To overcome the above problems, then handling directly for Mitigation of a clean water crisis. First year, the solution offered, which is helpful utilizing river water maximally with appropriate technology, in the form of making River water filtering installation by utilizing components or materials in the dedication area. This system uses filtering up flow water which drains river water to the surface and clean water is obtained from a modified filter in such a way. This system will work automatically by utilizing the radar system and using shelter ponds. With this system the availability of clean water will be available for the community. The second alternative solution is by finding a clean water source below Surface with utilization of geophysical technology.
