Chemistry subjects at the high school / MA level are still Momok who Scary for students. This is because students do not have reasoning or imagination on a molecular scale well. In the high school / MA chemical curriculum there are chapters that discuss molecular structures. In general, chemistry teachers provide an understanding of molecular structures only based on images obtained from sources on the Internet or using a model called molymod. However, the use of the Molymod image or model is still less effective in providing an understanding of the molecular structure to students due to (1) images obtained from sources on the Internet are static, not interactive, and only displays one part of the viewpoint only; (2) Molymod models are limited to certain molecular structures, especially molecules containing atoms C, H, O, and N, because not all atomic models in the periodic table are in Molymod, the most atom models contained in Molymod are atoms C, H , O, and n; (3) Molecular modeling using molymod will only spend a relatively long time, because between one and other atom models must be connected to each other; (4) Atomic models and bonds contained in Molymod are easily lost and damaged if not treated properly, so it can inhibit chemical learning in the future. Thus, the solution needs to be found to overcome this problem so that chemistry teachers in class can provide a good understanding of students related to molecular structures.
