Potato is one of the most important crop commodities, after rice. The main problem in Indonesia is the difficulty to produce good quality potato seedling. On the other side, the market demand for potato is very high, especially for food industry. Therefore, the team attempted several efforts to increase the production of good quality potatoes. Puring (Codiaeum variegatum) is one of the plants that has a colorful variety of leaves that is nice, vibrant, and much loved by flora lovers. Puring can be propagated vegetatively or generatively. Generatively, puring is bred by mating stamens and pistils. Seeds can produce new types, they can be made by insects or wind. Vegetatively, puring can be reproduced through stem cuttings, leaf cuttings, and grafting. The method of puring plants grafting in this program are : preparation of puring plant, cutting the plant, grafting, and planting.
