China and East Asian countries show a surprising increase in economic development chart in the past few decades. One reason is that companies in these countries are performing well because they practice a strong organizational culture based on ancient virtues taught by famous classical Chinese philosophers, Confucius. The purpose of this study is to find answers to the following questions, what values ​​created a culture of confusianism, and how the conceptual model of confusianism culture is suitable for SMEs. The conceptual model proposes the relationship of input-output between five confusian virtues. To have employees who are committed and competent, they must plan and design the desired cultural values ​​and behavior, design the process to reach people with practical activities and determine the goal parameters (output).
