This activity focuses on providing special books that are suitable for blind children / low vision that does not have a book of a special blind child early age, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic period. At this time the teachers and children conduct distance learning (PPJ) so that teaching materials for Indonesian blind children are needed for parents so that they can still hold a maximum learning process independently. This activity is held in Cirebon as a central one Batik makers in Indonesia and have extraordinary schools for blind children. Cirebon is also one area that has diverse and distinctive batik motifs. Introducing batik to children is one of the efforts in preserving batik so that it is not extinct. For Blind Children Batik is something abstract because they have no visual experience related to the form of existing batik motifs. Then a media is needed for those to get to know the form of existing batik motifs. Based on this, our group is interested in being able to create a concept of Cirebonan batik motifs with 3D printing for blind children. Concepts are books that present factual material through illustrations and accompanying text. The concepts discussed include various subjects such as alphabet, form, reverse concepts, and others. Subjects are delivered in an informative, entertaining and noted way. The recommended books will be designed according to the method for blind children with a variety of typical Cirebon batik motifs with descriptions of meaning related to the motives. First of all the concepts intended for blind children are also accompanied by 3D printing forms of batik motifs that can be touched by blind children as a substitute for their visual experience related to batik motifs. The names of each batik motif available in this book will also be equipped with Braille text so that it makes it easier for the blind child to get to know what motives they are rubbing. Secondly, this book is still made by the 'be careful' version that has illustrations as usual in the book so that it can be read by the reader as a careful eyeper.
