Corona Virus Pandemic (Covid-19) has caused the occurrence of restrictions on work involving social activities and physically replaced by working from home (WFH) method. Halini raises the need to ensure production performance from a distance to remain on target. Industry 4.0 technology can be used as an alternative solution to meet these needs because it has the ability to transmit data through the Internet. This can be achieved using an Internet-based production activity monitoring system (IOOT) and cloud.pkm aims to design and evaluate the alternative monitoring solutions for the production activity of Berbitikot and Cloud, which includes the tracking of the Part, ActivationOperator and engine utility. This produces 4 (four ) Alternative Systems Monitoring Systems of IoT and Cloud-based production activities. Anniversal 1, namely the IoT module with senses through the relay as an alternative with the most accurate data. Alternativeke-2, namely the IoT module that uses a current sensor as an alternative to the most affordable price. The 3rd alternative, namely the IoT module with an alternative current sensor, with excluding input / output port advantages, making it possible for the development of IOT sensors for other purposes. The 4th alternative, namely the IoT module with a current sensor can be connected directly to a wifi and gateway connection, is the easiest alternative to implement. Data that can produce is the time of productive and non-productive machinery used to calculate the estimated cost of machinery and track operator activities and the process of the part of the part on the production floor. Implementation in the partner industry shows the fisibility of IOT's design for monitoring production activities. System replication in all production facilities is being carried out and initiation of data connections in the production / ERP scheduling system is being carried out.
