Small and Medium Micro Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors that experience the impact of Covid-19 pandemic. Data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs noted that several MSMEs stopped their operational activities as a result of Covid-19. However, the government has difficulty making strategic decisions due to the poor MSME data collection system. Therefore, this community service program carries applications or platforms to help the Cooperative and MSMEs and Bappeda in conducting data collection digitally and centrally. In addition, this application will also provide containers to MSMEs to obtain information related to MSME activities or training, consumer needs and patterns and exchange information with other MSME players to maintain their business during and after the Covid-19 pandemic period. Thus, MSMEs can innovate and develop their products and services according to market needs or trends. Manufacture of application as a preliminary stage of the development of a Big Data-based model to collect Digital MSME data and centrally for the West Java region which is expected to be able to bridge the government to take strategic steps in helping MSMEs to remain survivors and develop in the pandemic period. In addition, training programs too Will be compiled to accompany MSME players to be able to utilize the information obtained from the application optimally. This activity will be held for MSMEs in the West Java region. The output and achievements of this program are applications that can help the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs, Bappeda, and MSMEs and articles to be published in the media.

The implementation of the community service activities is expected to support the government program, namely digitizing the MSME database centrally, especially in the West Java region. Then this activity can have an impact on MSMEs in the West Java region to be able to maintain their business during and after the Covid-19 pandemic period by having a forum to get and exchange information regarding the pattern of sales and consumer needs exactly from several parties. Therefore, the application to be created is expected to make it easier for MSMEs to access the information. Information obtained can be used to build a business strategy that is more effective and efficient as long as and after the Covid-19 pandemic period for MSME players. The results and outputs of the community service program are applications that can help the Office of Cooperatives and the MSME and West Java Bappeda to digitize the MSME database to make it easier for them to make strategic decisions in helping MSMEs and articles published in the media.
