Prediction is a systematic process to estimate something most likely to occur in the future based on past information and the latest information. Land price predictions are needed mainly for planning strategies in the development government. The purpose of this activity to be able to visualize spatial patterns changes in land prices, analyze what factors affect these changes, and analyze the relationship between influential variables and variables that will be influenced by predictive parameters. From the results of the study it was found that the area with the use of housing with density. The method done is, the development of participatory mapping in the administrative area for the Fit for Purpose-Land Administration (FFP-La) toll border, housing with medium density, trade, services, and offices is the most dynamic land of price movements. The movement of rising land prices moved from the city center spread to the suburbs of the area. The price of land in the city center is very high with a static movement tendency.
