By referring to the tendency of universities in the future, as well as the ITB Renstra 2015-2020, this research objective will focus on the field of leading digital technology in the tourism sector in West Java. The lack of coordination and the synergy between the parties involved in the development of tourism in West Java has led to an incompetence in tourism promotion activities in West Java. This is evidenced by no tourism promotion activities that are integrated for all cities and districts in West Java. Promotional activities are currently being carried out separately by each city and district in West Java. This is what causes the inequality of tourism development in West Java. To overcome these problems, cooperation is needed from all parties in developing tourism in West Java through the process of shared value creation (Value Co-Creation). In order to support the Value Co-Creation process, a paltform is needed which can be used as a means of sustainable interaction and communication between tourists, the tourism office, and other parties involved in the development of tourism in West Java. The purpose of the study was to make 1 web prototype implemented by the West Java Provincial Tourism Office, and through the study was created 1 Draft Prototype Web Tourism based on the Paradigm Value Co-Creation. The prototype was then socialized to the Head of the West Java Tourism and Culture Office and received a good appreciation.

So far there have been no problems that are very urgent and research is able to work according to with the initial plan.
