PM 2016 The main purpose is to build a flexible solar energy application system, it can be used for lighting, for providing clean water sources, for irrigation, and other functions. For that, a system was built consisting of 6 solar panels of 100 Watt Peak and placed in a flexible holder, each of which accommodated 3 solar panels. The holder is designed flexible both heights and the direction of the direction (to adjust to the direction of sunlight). Furthermore, the panel and holder can be moved with a number of processes that are not too complicated to carry the vehicle to the areas where experiments are carried out and identify the potential of the energy energy application. The Riel trial process was carried out to receive the performance of the Riel of solar energy applications in the area. Based on the results of this trial, it is expected to be designed a permanent solar energy application in these areas. These trials are also expected in addition to getting information from the technical aspects of the cheating also from the cultural aspects and sociology of public readiness to this solar energy application. The application developed in 2016 includes lighting (night), clean water sources and irrigation (solar energy-based pumps).

Community needs for solar-based application systems are not constant throughout the year but only in certain periods. For example, for irrigation in several regions there are several months where farmers can still plant from the spring but in the remaining time the spring is dry.
