The GCMP is based on Geotechnical studies, Mine Planning, and Mining Operations, as well as mining practices (best mining practices). The scope of the GCMP document is underground mine opening management which contain responsibility and competency of all worker which directly involve in GCMP, geotechnical risk potential, controlling mechanism and system quality assurance.
