"The Bangka Belitung Islands is one of the provinces in Indonesia, which is 79.90% of its territory consisting of the ocean (Central Statistics Agency of Bangka Belitung, 2022). Every year the results of capture fisheries production in this province have increased. In 2019, sea fishing products reached 218 thousand tons (Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, 2018). With a large sea area and large fishing outcomes, the fisheries sector is a superior commodity in the province. However, the development of the fisheries sector in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province is still not developed optimally, especially in small and medium industries. Based on data from the Department of Industry and Trade of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, in 2021, small and medium industries were dominated by food commodities of 67.9% with a total of 14,766 industries. Most of the food industry processes marine products into various premium food processed products. This enormous potential is very unfortunate if it cannot be developed. Therefore, this community service activity aims to develop the potential possessed by the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, especially in the fisheries sector. In the first year of community service activities will focus on mapping the value chain of the fisheries sector. Furthermore, this community service activity will become a series of long -term plans and cooperation between the Bangka Belitung Islands Province and Business and Management Schools - Bandung Institute of Technology (SBM -ITB)."
