The existence of stagnance to micro and small businesses, where the tendency of the perpetrators does not increase levels into small, medium and subsequent businesses because of the weakness of entrepreneurship and other factors. Indonesian Entrepreneurial Aquademi Program & Ndash; Awi intends to solve the above problems by developing the initial program to be implemented in 4 locations of company factories in West Java, namely Bekasi, Subang, Cianjur, and Ciherang. This program was carried out in 3 stages over a period of 3 years. At present the program has entered the end of stage 1 where 11 micro businesses have been engaged in the traditional food sector. The food sector is a sector that has high potential in terms of development and innovation. Based on the analysis of the situation that occurred until now (since stage 1 to ahead of phase 2) found several things that are a problem, namely: the variety of potential food products in 4 regions, limited market access, and business management involving collaboration between partners and other supporting actors . In addition to mentoring in terms of business management which includes entrepreneurial motivation, financial records, operational standards of procedures, unique selling prepositions, and business environments. We have also chosen 2 superior products to be developed and analyzed the new marketing plan. By trying several marketing strategies such as Direct Selling, Online Marketing, and also consumer response surveys for products.

Community conditions (business actors) are still low in the context of five important things that are indicative points in developing business management, namely entrepreneurship motivation, financial records, operational standards of procedures, unique selling preposition, and business environment. Therefore the products produced are only absorbed by local markets (neighbors and surrounding areas) even though the potential possessed is quite high.
