Indonesian universities are not requested to produce graduates to meet market demand in the energy and mineral resources(esm), more specific: Oil and Gas sector. Many regions (provinces) which are producing Oil and Gas have no relevant study program, thefore there many outsource workers/experts from overseas. Physics is the study program that exists in every Provinces and large cities, so that can be focused and directed to physics of oil and gas through elective courses and additional training to meet work opportunity.However thera are many learning in materials, short courses, training should be prepared. Outcame from this project is dissemination and publication.
