This causes the Ministry of Health to establish regulations regarding BTP which is prohibited for use in food. Unfortunately, the use of BTP which is prohibited is increasingly rampant to get a high profit. The type of food cake and home industrial bread is one type of food that often uses BTP which is prohibited like dyes, sweeteners or preservatives. Food consumption with BTP is prohibited will cause harm in health and will be felt after a few years later. Therefore, counseling is carried out on the impact of food additives that are prohibited and impact on health and making bread with BTP materials that are permitted and affordable.
