surrounding environment, partly or entirely. The basic concept of improving the quality of environment that will be carried out is to reduce waste from the source. From the data put forward by PD. Cleanliness, at least garbage production in the city of Bandung reaches 1,500 tons per day. Most of which are household waste, and 16.7 percent are plastic waste, or no less than 250 tons. Hanifrahmawan (2017) reviews that for the larger amount of waste and more complex urban nature proposed processing waste into energy (concept of waste to energy). Stockpiling (open dumping) or landfill is not an alternative solution to the appropriate problem for some areas that are not too large the availability of empty land and the population is not too much, which does not meet economic and technical feasibility. The West Java and DLH government has a change of reduction, separate and utilizing (Kang Pisman) to build awareness to conduct sorting and use of waste. To support this movement, this service program will apply several integrated waste processing techniques to be introduced to the community. The installation of organic domestic solid waste treatment that is widely used in some areas is the process of composting. This method provides success in several regions with the key to success in training and assistance. The advantages of the use of organic waste for composting are complete solutions where no further processing is needed after the process is complete and the resulting compost can be utilized directly by the community. Domestic waste is one of the pollutants in the urban and sub-urban neighborhood which causes low quality of environmental quality. One of the environmental quality recovery strategies is to manage and process domestic waste from the source. Domestic waste consists of liquid waste and solid waste. Both types of waste must be managed and processed well. In the previous community service program had been developed and applied installations for processing domestic liquid waste with effluent results that fulfill the quality standards set by Minister of LHK Regulation No. P.68 / Menlhk-Setjen / 2016 concerning domestic waste water quality standards. In this proposal, processing domestic solid waste will be managed and processed not thrown into the surrounding environment, some or entirely. People still tend to be abandoned in processing organic waste they encountered in everyday life. This abai attitude can be caused by two things, namely the lack of knowledge about the importance and how to process domestic waste and the lack of facilities in processing domestic waste. As a result, domestic waste becomes unprocessed and becomes a source of environmental pollution. P>
