Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), there are still many using social media as a wrong tool to market its products, this situation is caused by various obstacles including the limitations of the knowledge of small and medium businesses about social media. Through this community service, the college will bridge by conducting training and guidance on technology use (social media) to increase SME business competitiveness. Activity techniques in training are divided into two parts, namely the theoretically (classical) training techniques, and training techniques with direct (non-classical) practices.
