"ABSTRACT This community service activity is a form of service and support in community empowerment that aims (1) Developing the capacity and ability of mastery and application of appropriate technology (production process technology) in the nursery and cultivation of mushrooms as well as the development of oyster mushroom processed products to support the development and creation Business Opportunities, Increasing Productivity and Revenue of Business Group Members; (2) Increasing business group institutional capacity in increasing skills knowledge to help increase product capacity and quality and productivity that can encourage the acceleration of business digitalization (digital markets) and business development. The method of implementing the activity is carried out through a training method of collaboration, assistance and monitoring. The subject matter of training includes nursery techniques and oyster mushroom cultivation, mushroom product processing technology, product design and packaging, group business management and digital marketing with instructors from academics, local government agencies and practitioners of oyster mushroom entrepreneurs.
