One of the common MSME sector problems is known to be a lack of education and the low level of financial literacy of the MSMEs, although until now there has been no definite data regarding the financial literacy profile of MSMEs in the city of Bandung. One of the efforts of ITB in supporting government programs in the prosperity of the people of Bandung is by providing training and understanding of financial literacy to MSME players. This research is expected to benefit the financial industry about the conditions of the MSME market and provide empirical evidence of the conditions of MSME financial literacy in the city of Bandung. The implementation of this study includes the measurement of financial literacy and training to increase the financial literacy of the Bandung City MSMEs, especially the MSMEs operating in the area around the Ganesha ITB campus. The observed location includes the plastic area, Tamansari, Ganesha, and darkness. The community service activities are carried out in 2 stages. The first stage is MSME data collection around the ITB Ganesha campus area to find out the level of literacy and financial inclusion of the owner of the MSMEs. Furthermore, in the second stage it was the procurement of financial literacy training for MSME players held on September 24, 2017, at the East CC Auditorium.
This community service program has obtained a financial literacy profile of the MSMEs in the ITB Ganesha campus area, and conducted financial literacy training with the theme & ldquo; Business Development Training and Increasing Financial Literacy of the City of Bandung & Rdquo City Finance;
