The Ganesha staircase is a strategic pedestrian path for pedestrians coming from the surrounding area. The condition of the ladder that is not attractive, safe and comfortable can cause interest in walking through the stairs to decline, which results in a decrease in the number of pedestrians, and merchant income around the stairs. To try to solve this problem the researchers proposed the 2018 PKM program, to ITB, a renovation effort, in the form of an increase in aesthetic quality of stairs. The trick is to coat the stairs with coral and colorful ceramic mosaics that are patterned by Indonesian sea animals, whose references are from the image of students in SD plesiran, in an effort to increase the number of pedestrians including the visitors of the zoo. The hope, with more beautiful stairs makes users more happy, so the number of pedestrians is expected to increase from time to time. If this is proven to be expected to have an economically positive impact and socio-cultural life for traders and road users in general. Keywords: Design of Mosaic Work, Ganesha Stairs, Renovation.
